Tomorrow will be exactly 1 full week since I quit smoking and have not had a ciggarette! However, even though it's been a week, i'm still having a few cravings throughout the day - chewing sugarless gum has been my way out lately, also deep breaths and taking a quick 10 min walk - any other suggestions to conquer these cravings?

Two old ladies were waiting for a bus and one of them is smoking a cigarette. It starts to rain, so the 1st Lady reaches into her purse, takes out a condom, cuts off the tip and slips it over her cigarette and continues to smoke. 2nd Lady: "Hey that's a good idea! What is it that you put over your cigarette?" 1st Lady: "It's a condom." 2nd Lady: A condom? Where do you get those?" 1st Lady: “At the pharmacy” When the two old ladies arrive downtown, the 2nd Lady with all the questions goes into the pharmacy and asks the pharmacist if he sells condoms. The pharmacist says yes, but looks a little surprised that this old woman is interested in condoms, so he asks her, "What size do you want?"
