so i quite smoking and haven't been smoking for that long about 3 months let's say 1 cig a day. when i quite smoking i didn't have one for 1 month then i smoked with my gf (2 cigs) the next day i was fine but the day after that (today) i'm having isses breathing it's as if my body is telling me i should smoke (i wont done for good broke up with that bitch) so umm Wtf is going on here? (i can run 3miles in 20 and hold my breath for 5min 34sec so i know i don't haveChronic Obstructive Pumonary Disease)

I've smoked for 40 years, can't seem to quit, I've tried amlost everything, cold turkey just not working, pill don't help, and the patch has no effect on stopping cravings, I'm open to suggestions.
