My friend and I were at my neighborhood park and she said her older friend was coming to hang out with us. When he got there he pulled out a box of cigarettes and a lighter and started smoking. I soon left and came back with my best friend to spy on them and they caught us. We came out and the older guy wasn't smoking anymore. We wanted to see if my friend had been smoking while we were gone. My best friend thought she saw a cigarette shaped indent in my friend's back pocket..but we are not completely sure. She stood in the same spot the whole time, as if she was hiding something. She didn't get close to us, so I think she was trying to keep us from smelling her breath. Also, she has been acting very rebellious and has new friends to match. What are some signs that she had been smoking?

For years ive noticed a definite link between people diagnosed with a mental disorder and the fact that they smoke cigarettes.... I realize cigarettes may not cause the disorder, but does it exacerbate an already present disorder? Is there any concrete evidence linking the two?
