Ive been smoking now for the past 7 months. Its not a regualr thing. Normally just a pack a week. and I know that im still in danger to get cancer, but it helps me relax. I want to stop, but its really hard to give it up. Im under so much stress. does anyone have any methods??

i was a smoker and gave up without any medication.recently i met a man in his eighties, still active and working, and a smoker.he says he is free from any health problem. Is this guy a freak case or is smoking hazard blown out of all proportions?
