I do not have insurance and can not afford the doctors visit plus the presciption for Chantix that I've know helped alot of people stop. (Answers: 10) (Comments: 0)Hi, I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and the doctor has advised me to stop smoking. You would think that the diagnosis would be enough to make me stop, unfortunatly it is not the case. I am finding it really difficult. It was only on monday when I was told. Have any of you got any tips that could help, I have been offered patches and I'm also considering zyban. I would love to hear from anyone who has tried these or other methods. Thanks Additional= I smoke about 20 a day, since Monday I have been lighting one up taking a few puffs, feeling miserable and stubbing it out, so all in all it's about 5 a day now.thanks Get the answers...stop smoking help..?
